The Chief

Driven by a passion for his craft, the chef elevates local produce, which he selects with great care for its freshness and quality.
His dishes are best enjoyed in the elegant Orangery dining room, with its chic Baroque style and views of the park. A restaurant with character designed by a famous architect from Romorantin who managed to create a perfect harmony with the aesthetics of the castle.
